You are a team player with open and friendly personality, and would like to work as:
Scrum Master
You will:
- Be responsible for managing the Scrum process within distributed team in multiple locations
- Arrange and facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospective meetings
- Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution
- Support the PO in handling the backlog and new requests
- Perform process alignment with other Scrum teams, in accordance with higher level guidelines, best practices and context
- Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
- Conduct scrum related education where needed
You have:
- University degree in business/computer science (or equivalent)
- Ideally some previous practical experience in Scrum projects
- Scrum Master certification is highly desirable
- Excellent conversation and self-motivating skills
- Strong planning and organizing skills
- Strong analytical skills, with high attention to details
- Ability to work with different types of personalities
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Very good spoken and written English skills
