Telesign is seeking a Senior Digital Identity Analyst for identifying and subsequently defining the labeled fraud data and intelligence received from Telesign’s partners and customers. The Digital Identity analyst will interact with partners for required data, monitoring intelligence coverage and evaluating the overall quality, defining enrichment and intelligence sharing best practices with external and internal stakeholders. The Digital Identity Analyst will be gathering and managing data, evaluating the outcome of each interaction to create value and drive direct/indirect revenue by providing actionable analysis towards our customers and support building the right infrastructure and automation to build a Trust Consortium that will span across partners and customers. In this role the Digital Identity Analyst works closely with Data Science, Product Managers, Solution Architects as his/her key stakeholders and creates well defined processes. The position requires the ability to build and scale fraud analysis like a product, defining processes, use cases, execute testing and analysis that maps to customer’s proposed use case(s), rendering a comprehensive analysis of the labeled and validating results. These validation and analysis should also be leveraged across to leverage value across Telesign Digital Identity solutions, mainly Intelligence product, and to Risk & Identity Consortium partners and regular enterprise customers. Strong knowledge of voice/sms fraud cases and analysis methodologies across the board, analytical problem solving, presentation, written and verbal communication skills are essential to this role. DepartmentThis position reports Director of Risk & Identity Consortium (RIC) in Data & Identity Product organization and based in Belgrade. RIC’s mission is creating partnerships with prominent, multinational national voice and SMS aggregators and tech giants leveraging their fraud data in the Risk and Identity platform by building out consortium APIs to facilitate and improve the exchange of fraud intelligence across platforms and with customers improving digital identity verification and mitigating fraud.
