RGS Global Operations Team counts 50+ great people and growing. Many of our employees have a good (10+ years) of experience and expertise. We support our customers worldwide and have team members in all major locations. The team consist of very experienced and motivated members who are very customer oriented and willing focused on helping all requests and concerns raised by our customers.

Our Products are Online Multi-Channel Games (Desktop/Mobile/Tablet); which we offer to our customers. In order to provide reliable business-critical reporting to our customers on time, we are using the OBIEE tool.

Responsibilities

  • You will own the set-up and configuration of the Oracle OBIEE and RGS reporting services administrator system in particular areas.
  • Monitor and, through Customer Service, resolve RGS reporting issues.
  • You will diagnose highly complex technical issues and work with functional experts to resolve
  • You will act as Major Incident manager in the event of critical issues
  • You will own RGS operational issues and work with other departments to resolve problems.
  • You will maintain RGS and Oracle Business Intelligence knowledge management
  • Assist in Customer Service training, quality assessment and monitoring of RGS enquiries.
  • You will monitor and provide reports and analyses using Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE)
  • Upon request, build reports and extracts in OBIEE to aid service delivery
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory and internal audit standards
  • Monitor trends and activity within the RGS system, making recommendations for changes where appropriate.
  • Develops training material and delivers training and coaching to IGT RGS Customers
  • Evaluates and recommend RGS system and reporting system enhancements

Qualifications

  • University degree in Information Technologies, Mathematics, Economics, or similar science.
  • At least five years of hands-on BI Tools and System is a must.
  • SQL scripting hands-on (ability to understand and manage existing scripts and create simple SQL queries).
  • Knowledge / Experience / Understanding of integration processes from the point of implementation/development phases to production roll-out.
  • Heavily analytical with the ability to understand and develop semi-complex reports and analyses.
  • Knowledge and understanding of API (SOAP and REST Technologies) data exchange and XML reading are desirable.
  • Analytical approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to work as a reliable team member; self-driven; with minimal supervision.
  • Advanced level of spoken and written English.

Nice-to-have

  • Working knowledge of Oracle Business Intelligence or similar analytical tools is advantageous
  • Able to easily communicate complex ideas and systems.
  • Typically, has 1 to 3 years of poker or casino operations experience plus a bias toward analytics and system knowledge
  • Experience with service management tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, BMC, Salesforce or similar).

Excellent communication and partnership with other teams is our most critical priority to provide reliable reporting on time
