Your Responsibilities

  • Implementing overall IT recruiting strategy
  • Coordinating with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
  • Preparing recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board
  • Scouting and recruiting candidates by using advertising websites, internal databases, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Screening candidates’ resumes and job applications
  • Conducting interviews
  • Onboarding new IT employees in order to become fully integrated

Essential Experience & Capabilities

  • Proven work experience in IT recruitment (minimum 3 years)
  • Technical knowledge and general understanding of IT terms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent English language knowledge
