What you will do if you join us?
Plan and prioritize testing activities
Conduct various tests for systems, networks, applications, databases, software
Suggest automated software test procedures
Track software bugs and investigate the causes
Create test plans and cases
Troubleshoot automation software issues
Write clean, high-quality scripts that test product functionality automatically
Point out problem areas
Log and document errors in the tracking system
Monitor assurance metrics and process results
Design and handle the installation of software databases
Help identify weaknesses and problem areas in the software application
Coordinate with the Design team to discuss verification protocols
Conduct regression testing when needed
Communicate with the QA Engineer to implement software applications
Review technical specifications and design documents
Identify specific cases that should be automated and discuss them with Senior Process Manager
Develop the best automation solutions based on the requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product marketing managers) to find ways on how automation can improve the workflow
Take part in brainstorms to come up with new ideas and designs that improve existing features
Prepare detailed test reports
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a QA Role
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related
Previous work experience as a QA Engineer, QA Tester
Complete understanding of automation systems and databases
Expertise in automation testing tools like Selenium, Katalon Studio, and Cucumber
Knowledge of programming languages like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Basic knowledge of scripting and other related procedures
Understanding of testing protocols
Know-how of different types of testing methods like white box and black box testing
Familiarity with the software development process
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
Attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively
Ability to manage project deadlines
Good time management and organizational skills
English language proficiency
