For our manufacturing site based in Niš, Serbia we are looking for a
Service Desk Specialist
Your Responsibilities will be to:
- Provide IT support for JE employees on various IT related issues like M365, Operating Systems
- Responsible for the daily European Service Desk Tasks
- Remote support of JE employees
- Responsible for contact with the users to solve their problems
- Cooperation with other members of ServiceDesk and other IT teams to deliver high quality solutions
- Ensure compliance with all Johnson Electric IT policies and standards, including legality of installed software
- Gives IT support to JE Europe users in authentication-related issues such as changing passwords, logging in to Windows and other applications
- Gives IT support to JE Europe users in M365 related issues (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Mobile devices configuration)
- Gives IT support to JE Europe users in Windows related issues
- Proper tickets management in the incident system
- Taking responsibility for the open incidents until it is closed
- Taking part in IT global projects
- Working with colleagues and business partners in EMEA and APAC areas
Our requirements:
- High school degree as a minimum required education level – preferably, but not limited to, technical or IT related field
- 1 to 2 years of previous relevant experience
- Fluent English is required
- Good mixture of skills covering general maintenance of LAN, PCs (hardware and software)
- Understand the requirements and priorities of the business
- Very strong communication skills
