- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
- Ability to quickly diagnose issues and suggest solutions
- Diligence in troubleshooting, analysis and monitoring
- Ability to deliver effective customer trainings
- Structured approach to writing system documentation and manuals
- Customer-centric L2 approach in on-site and remote assistance and support
YOU SHOULD ALSO BE FAMILIAR WITH
- Windows and Linux system administration
- Administration of application and web servers (WildFly, JBoss, NGINX, Apache Tomcat)
- Microservice infrastructure (Docker, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes)
- Scripting language (Bash, PowerShell)
- Querying and managing RDBMS (OracleDB, PostgreSQL)
- CI/CD and code management software (Jenkins, GitLab, Ansible, SVN, git)
- Issue tracking software (Jira)
- Web service testing tools (SoapUI, Postman, BloomRPC)
- Monitoring and log aggregation tools (Checkmk, Datadog, Grafana, Kibana, Loki)
