Software Delivery Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating and managing the entire software development process
• Oversees a software delivery projects in efficient and organized manner
• Project planning requirements, scope, goals, progress tracking
• Understand the business needs and the fundamental solution and architecture and communicate to team/s
• Identify and deal with potential and actual risks across all stages of the product life cycle
• Ensure best practice standards for all relevant software engineering disciplines are adopted, throughout the application life cycle
• Take responsibility for resolving issues arising within their applications and implement corrective action
• Coach, mentor and motivate team members to accept full accountability for their assigned work and tracking the projects
• Report and communicate with clients and key stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in managing software delivery projects
• Essential software engineering specialism and/or a deep software delivery background as a developer or automation tester
• Delivery experience preferably in technical software delivery and Agile ways of working
• Experience in delivering highly complex software solutions in a complex and highly demanding environment with many users
• Credible and experienced in one or more software engineering disciplines
• Knowledge of best practices and methods and experience in implementing these within multi-functional delivery teams
• Languages – full professional proficiency in English is mandatory
