Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating and managing the entire software development process
- Oversees a software delivery projects in efficient and organized manner
- Project planning requirements, scope, goals, progress tracking
- Understand the business needs and the fundamental solution and architecture and communicate to team/s
- Identify and deal with potential and actual risks across all stages of the product life cycle
- Ensure best practice standards for all relevant software engineering disciplines are adopted, throughout the application life cycle
- Take responsibility for resolving issues arising within their applications and implement corrective action
- Coach, mentor and motivate team members to accept full accountability for their assigned work and tracking the projects
- Report and communicate with clients and key stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in managing software delivery projects
- Essential software engineering specialism and/or a deep software delivery background as a developer or automation tester
- Delivery experience preferably in technical software delivery and Agile ways of working
- Experience in delivering highly complex software solutions in a complex and highly demanding environment with many users
- Credible and experienced in one or more software engineering disciplines
- Knowledge of best practices and methods and experience in implementing these within multi-functional delivery teams
- Languages – full professional proficiency in English is mandatory
