- Writing well designed, testable, efficient Web applications by using best software development practices
- Determining design methodologies and tool sets throughout development life cycle
- Recommending system solutions
- Troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms
- Continuous improving of existing development process (CI/CD)
- Responsible for managing team’s performance and development
- Planning, organizing and supervising team’s activities in order for team to deliver on time and with quality
- Support team members by creating good working environment, giving instructions and feedback, helping in problem solving
- Defining the KPIs to track team performance
- Participate in recruitment process
- To manage onboarding and mentoring programs for new employees
For a good start, you will need:
- University degree from Electrical Engineering Faculty, Mathematics Faculty, Faculty of Organizational Science – IT Program or related
- At least 5 years of experience with relevant application development
- Knowledge of backend technologies: PHP/NodeJS
- REST and SOAP-based web service design, JSON
- Experience with CI/CD processes and tools (Git, Jira …)
- Relational database technologies and database management systems (e.g. MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
- Fluency in English
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Good team player
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Ability to lead and motivate people
- Ability to initiate and drive improvement and change
