About project and team: We are searching for new team members who will have an opportunity to work on the exciting development of AIoT solution and a new digital sales model for Bosch Power Tools called MeasureON. As part of the team distributed on two locations (Serbia and Germany), you will have a chance to develop backend applications connected with Bosch Measurement 2D Scanner for construction sites. The main task of the project team is to digitalize construction sites. After scanning with physical tools construction space, mobile application should record and digitalize data in a web application for construction workers. MeasureOn helps to save time when measuring, documenting, and calculating quantities. It provides the benefit of flexibility and processing the data anywhere on all devices – on the construction site, at the office, on the move, or at home. Architecture-wise, we are using new technology – Azure, microservices, and controllers are written in Java. The frontend stack is based on React with fabric.js.
About team in Serbia: We are part of Global Corporate IT Delivery division. On our location in Serbia we are constantly growing and supporting Bosch in AIoT development and digital transformation. Qualifications:Who you are: ► You have solid programming skills in Java EE and Spring framework experience ► You have experience in commercial Java projects. Bonus is working with microservices architecture ► You have good understanding and experience in OOP ► You have understanding of REST, microservices, SQL and NO-SQL, Git, CI/CD pipelines ► You are familiar with docker and kubernetes and would like to build experience in using cloud technologies ► You are familiar or have passion to learn Elastic Search, Kafka and cloud services (Azure, AWS).
