Software Quality Engineer for Smart Mobility (m/f)

If you join us, you will witness and contribute to the step-by-step development of Commercial Vehicle electronic products (e.g. instrument clusters, body control modules, long term/short term radars, smart cameras) before their launch on the market. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Mentoring from an experienced colleague to support you on the tasks below;
- You are nominated as SW Q responsible for one or several Continental Smart Mobility engineering projects;
- Interact with the project SW development and SW testing teams to make sure everyone is working according to an agreed plan;
- Make sure project documents are reviewed by the right people so that the teams know what they will code and test;
- Collect and analyze specific software key performance indicators that reveal what could be improved;
- Verify that the SW project teams are respecting our Continental development rules. If there are deviations from the agreed strategy, you take action to close them and ensure they don’t reoccur;
- Perform, prepare and participate in internal or customer audits;
QUALIFICATIONS
- University Degree of Computer Science, Electronics, Informatics or others;
- Basic programming and electronics knowledge;
- Previous experience in SW development or SW/SY testing is an advantage;
