Responsibilities:
• Working and solving problems with Windows, MacOS, Linux, Microsoft Office.
• Administration of Windows Server 2016/2019, AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, Linux, MacOS.
• Knowledge and experience in building networks, setting up network equipment (Mikrotik, FortiGate).
• Monitoring and performance testing of office equipment, eliminating minor malfunctions.
• Working with service tickets from the JIRA Help Desk Portal.
• Ability to support for IP-telephony.
• Installation and configuration of the 1c server; configuration and transfer of databases; 1c configuration under PostgreSQL.
• Data backup.
• Prioritization of user requests.
• Work with suppliers of goods and services.
• Conducting inventory, maintaining documentation.
• Providing customized solutions for clients based on their business needs.
Requirements:
• Attention to details, perseverance, determination.
• Fast logical thinking.
• High communication skills.
• Scripting experience: CMD, PowerShell, Bash , etc., – advantage.
• English level B2+ with good speaking for quick communication – must.
• Russian/Hebrew will be an advantage.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team.
