Pandemonica is looking for a Teamlead full-stack developer
Team: Middle Front-end, Back-end PHP, CEO, CTO
Mission: Product architecture formation, development process control, roadmap maintenance. Implementation of the development management system and support of the team's activities.
The first KPI: Meeting deadlines by the department;
Second KPI: Absence of critical bugs in development and bottlenecks in logic/architecture;
Third KPI: Correct and up-to-date project documentation and clean code;
Format: full time, office in Belgrade, switching to hybrid mode.
Main product: System for gamers

You will:
- Command Work: form a single vision of the product among all members of their project team;
- Code: Maintain and update existing and new code repositories;
- Development: development of the back-end part of internal services;
- Scaling: designing and developing applications to ensure maximum speed and reliability of services;
- Maintenance: support of the existing platform functionality based on PHP;
- Technical copyright: maintaining documentation on products and development tools in several areas;
- Development: implementation of strategy and KPI, updating current strategies and ways of developing the company's product;
- Planning: planning the company's technical activities, developing short and medium-term plans for the development of the company's products;
- Leadership: Recruitment and management of a development team with at least 3 years of experience. June to Middle+;
- Scrum: Formation of the backlog of tasks, as well as prioritization of tasks together with stakeholders;
- Product: Control and management of product quality, technology selection, product requirements, design, and feature launch planning;
- Management: Trello, jira, work in sane kanban systems, where everyone understands their task. Required skills:
- Strong knowledge of frameworks based on PHP, MySQL/Postgres;
- Understanding of modern approaches in development, OOP principles;
- Willingness to lead a team of technical product development, ability to motivate, managerial skills;
- Understanding the company's business goals and the ability to transform them into technical tasks;
- Experience with version control systems (git), task management systems (JIRA, Redmine).
