Job Summary:

We're expanding our Tech Team at our growing gaming company, and we're looking for a Tech Lead to be the driving force behind our tech stack development – as well as an example for the rest of the team.

As Tech Lead You Will:

  • Lead the development across our front-end and back-end teams
  • Serve as a go-to person for tech related questions
  • Spend approximately 80% of your time on software development and 20% on team management
  • Review PRs to ensure the highest quality code is being developed
  • Have an active role during our agile ceremonies
  • Keep the development team accountable for the delivery of the sprint
  • Help with the product roadmap

You are:

  • We are specifically keen to hear from professionals who can demonstrate the following background and experience:

Mandatory:

  • A University Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent
  • 7 years experience minimum in the software development space
  • Strong backend and front-end experience
  • 4 years of experience minimum with NodeJs
  • 3 years of experience React and Typescript
  • 2 years experience minimum in the enterprise sector and as Tech Lead
  • Strong analytical/troubleshooting skills and experience conducting code reviews
  • The ability to implement the technical roadmap on your own and get it done attitude, not afraid to learn new things
  • Experience managing a fully remote team
  • Your time zone is CET or similar

Nice to have:

  • Experience with AWS, Azure and .NET
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline experience, Microservices, TDD, BDD
  • Experience in startup fast growing environments
  • Passion for blockchain and new technologies, experience is not required
