Technical Consultant would be responsible for daily interaction with clients and team members to execute service delivery and to address any issues and concerns. While making sure everything runs smoothly, your main duties will be:
- Executing configuration changes to Aloha products in response to new client promotions, pricing changes, or other updates that directly affect the in-store operation of the Point-of-Sale system
- Executing configuration changes to Configuration Center and NBO software in response to a client’s supply-chain or labor-management related updates
- Serving as subject matter expert to clients and team members with respect to their given Aloha solution, its configuration, and its implementation
- Troubleshooting issues that arise from clients and other team members and escalating appropriately
- Maintaining responsibility for the execution of project plans
- Identifying areas for internal process improvement
What we expect from you:
- 2–3 years of business-related experience
- BS/BA from IT field or experience in database management or similar IT job roles
- Strong written and oral German and English language communication skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong self-motivation
- Strong team-orientation
