Perficient currently has a career opportunity for a Technical Program Manager located in our Novi Sad, Serbia business unit.

Job Overview:

You will work as a Technical Program Manager within the EMEA Customer Success Services team in a fast, highly agile and dynamic environment. You will interact with our Enterprise customers to enable these new technologies and support their end users.

You will be involved in multiple engagements from internal discovery/analysis, project initiation to successful project completion. We use a globally standardized approach that ensures your approach fits the abilities, availability, internal challenges, technical limitations, skill sets, and governance/workflows of our customers..

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the migration of clients and cloud storage efforts for top tier Enterprise customers.
  • Work together with Lead Manager on determining best path moving forward based on initial technical and solution assessments and workshop sessions.
  • Lead technical and infrastructure discussions and decisions on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Provide infrastructure and technical support during migration efforts and become a point of contact for all technical related activities on the project effort.
  • Provide technical overviews for non-tech business team members and work closely with IT
  • Infrastructure teams getting deeper into solutioning efforts.
  • Empathize with customer challenges and gain appreciation for their specific challenges as they migrate to storage cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate with the global teams involved in the migration efforts.
  • Delight our customers through successful delivery of the project and successful realization of key business objectives and metrics.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with client-facing projects with a full understanding of IT infrastructure; i.e., enterprise level management of users, cloud technology agnostic infrastructure knowledge, hardware, software, networking, data center and storage facilities, virtual and remote assets, wireless access, consulting and system integration services.
  • Masters or relevant technical and/or engineering advanced degree preferred
  • Be comfortable driving where required in a diplomatic and respectful manner
  • Ability to effectively lead infrastructure technical conversations and influence people during engagements whilst finding solutions to customer challenges
  • Experience with creative and content management workflows.
  • Creative technical and infrastructure problem solving skills, including the ability to understand the impact of technical changes and to articulate high-level technical solutions to address business problems
  • Organizational skills to plan and coordinate sophisticated projects
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of intellectual technical curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly
  • High level of energy and personal drive!
  • Familiarity with Adobe’s cloud solutions is ideal but not crucial
  • Experience with technology/software/SaaS concepts, custom software development processes and methodologies (including leading Agile projects), technology project management and governance
  • Full working proficient in English (both verbal and written)

Preferred skills:

  • Full working proficiency in French or German desirable
