YOUR JOB
As a Technical writer in one of our scrum teams, you support SAP Fioneer in developing state-of-the-art software together with your team, follow agile practices and closely collaborate with our international customers.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Writing, formatting, editing, reviewing, and proofing procedural and technical information for technical and non-technical users
- Designing and organizing a set of documentation deliverables for development products
- Creating multimedia user assistance content, such as product documentation, graphics, or videos
- Proofreading and editing content to ensure quality and adherence to standards and guidelines
- Researching and defining business and technical terminology
- Evaluating current content and developing innovative approaches for improvement
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's or master’s degree, preferably in a technical field, such as computer science, or with a focus on English in writing or communications
- 1–3 years of relevant experience, such as technical writing or product documentation
- Excellent, accurate, and effective spoken and written communication skills in English and German
- Experience in creating (functional and/or technical) documentation in English and German
- Ability to describe complex technical concepts clearly and precisely , and target group-specific
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Team spirit and intercultural skills
- Existing knowledge of SAP for Insurance software is an advantage
