Our client is a market-leading company in the Motor and Home insurance industry, dedicated to building a next-gen insurance system and progressing its digital transformation program to become a world-class digital insurer, focused on the development of a new technology platform, in accordance with its customer needs and data assets.
Their technology will keep that connection strong and fuel a future collaboration and understanding, despite circumstances, distance, or time zones.
You will have a chance to support the maintenance of their live systems as well as the development of new insurance platform that will deliver new innovative products to their end customers.
To achieve that, we are seeking a talented QA Automation Engineers to work in Scrum team alongside other QA and Development professionals to assure we are delivering the best products to our customers.
Since you might be interested what your main responsibilities would be, we tried to sum it up to these next bullet points:
- planning, designing, implementing, and debugging test automation
- code reviews
- making changes in pipeline connected to automation
- creating test strategy and testing approach
- participating in Scrum meetings – refinement, planning and retrospective sessions

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
What skills or experiences do I need for the Backend QA position?
- 3+ years of experience working in Java testing and understanding OOP concepts
- Experience in designing and implementing testing frameworks
- Knowledge of test automation tools (such as JUnit, NUnit, TestNG, Selenium, SoapUI, etc.) manual testing tools (Postman), and databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle)
- Experience in API automated testing
- Familiarity with Travis, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar CI tools would be great!
- Understanding and working experience with GIT
On the other hand, for the Frontend QA position it would be great to have…
- Familiarity with Travis/Jenkins or other tools and CI/CD understanding
- And we would be over the moon if you knew…
- Cross-browser and visual testing
