The position can be office-based (in Novi Sad), remote or hybrid – you choose.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building custom features and plugins with PHP and WordPress
- Debugging front-end and back-end of WordPress websites
- Attending meetings with clients, taking client requirements, and suggesting possible solutions
- Using git for version control and deploying changes to staging/production environments
- Analyzing website performance and troubleshooting errors
- Maintain well-documented and reusable code
You should apply if you have:
- At least 2 years of experience using and developing WordPress custom themes and plugins
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Good knowledge of PHP, OOP, SOLID
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Experience and familiarity working with Git and code versioning principles
- Excellent knowledge of English (spoken, written)
Bonus points:
- Experience with React.js
- Experience with developing Gutenberg blocks
