- You have a track record of delivering impactful software, ideally on a collaborative software delivery team.
- You are well versed with Agile, Lean and Continuous Delivery methodologies and love to mentor others.
- An ability and interest in working in a fast-paced, ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
- Experience in independently managing End-to-End Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Project Management for complex IT Projects and Products / Apps
- Experience in writing test cases and managing UAT and Deployment. Ability to understand modern design (UI/UX)
- Experience in creating Project Budgeting, Efforts Estimations (EE), Presentation Decks, and Clean Documentation is a
- Should have experience managing a small to large teams and project delivery
- Experience in conducting Requirements Gathering, Analysis, Management, Elicitation and Requirements Matrix (RTMs)
- Experience in developing low-level and high-level prototyping using wireframes tools such as JustInMind, Adobe XD, MockFlow, etc.
- Experience in working with clients to provide Consulting or Business Solutions while managing backlogs & ensuring delivery.
- Working with Pre-Sales team for Proposal Writing, Efforts Estimations, and creating Sales Collateral
- Experience in translating Business Requirements into Software Requirement Specifications
- Experience in writing and maintaining Business Requirement Documents (BRD) or PRDs and Functional Specification Document (FSD), Software Requirements Specification (SRS)
- Understanding of Modern Concepts like, Blockchain, Healthcare, HIPAA Compliances, RPA, Payments Services will be an asset (+ points if you have an understanding of ACH Payments)
- Should have used analysis techniques like GAP, Fish-bone Analysis, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), MoSCoW
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst related to Digital Engineering
- Experience managing a team of resources with Strong problem solving & analytical skills
- Have in either of these domains: US focused Retail, Pharma, eCommerce, HealthCare, EduTech, etc.
- Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills, Presentation Skills
- Experience working with Onshore and Offshore Teams and Experience handling Cross-Functional Projects, Resources and Clients
- Experience dealing with Pressure and Meeting strict Project Deadlines
- Leadership and motivational skills to ensure the work is done on time and within the specified budget
- Experience working with US Clients is a must
Huge plus: Deep business process understanding and operational experience in Retail, E-Commerce across core retail functional areas like Forecasting, Order Management, Merchandising & Assortment Planning, Pricing, Promotions, Mark-down management, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Loyalty, Customer Experience, Analytics etc.
