Job Summary

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to step into our Salesforce Product team and help us improve delivery on a current internal product and strengthen the processes within the team! If you are an experienced tech-driven manager, with at least 4 years of working on this or a similar role, we encourage you to apply for this position! A Delivery Manager is supposed to lead and manage the whole internal product organization with the main responsibility of analyzing and developing the team’s deliverables and keeping the management updated. Ensuring the product exceeds the specified technical and organizational standards, acceptance criteria and end-user requirements is going to be DM’s focus.

Analyzing business requirements and translating them to the product development team will be your responsibility too.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing projects within internal products
  • Responsible for the products’ team delivery
  • Covering technical part of the products with Technical Lead
  • Managing current product processes, identifying new ones with management and implementing them
  • Keeping Product Documentations up to date
  • Translating business requirements into technical specifications and setting it up for the teams
  • Participating in Performance Reviews
  • Keeping the management informed about the progress and results of the teams and products

Skills And Requirements

In order to support our Salesforce Product team, candidates should have:

  • At least 4 years of experience in Delivery Management
  • Basic knowledge of OOP and Software Architecture
  • Previous Salesforce experience is also preferable
  • Have managed several Software Development teams (preferable if those teams were product related)
  • Highly versed in organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Agile development methodologies and Project Management platforms
  • Solution-oriented and proactive work attitude
  • Advanced level of English, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of fundamental Business Logic principles
