Seeking a customer facing Data Analyst/Key Account Manager based anywhere in Europe to work on supporting our social listening & analytics clients who use our SaaS product listening247®. Aspects of this job include gathering of online posts, managing the creation of training data for AI, processing and data quality checks. This is a full-time engagement with significant opportunities for innovation, growth, and advancement.
Requirements:

1+ year experience in project management/key account management and data analytics
Some experience with scripting in a couple of programming languages
Familiarity with different market research techniques and statistics
Experience in working with clients (day to day communication, managing expectations)
