Job description:

  • Identifying and screening potential candidates using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search) across multiple channels
  • Identifying qualified candidate profiles accordingly
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements
  • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. Linkedin, Slack, Stack Overflow, Github…)
  • Maintain candidate databases
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition Specialists to organize interviews
  • Build relationships with candidates to maintain a network of potential candidates and develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Following up with passive candidates

Requirements:

  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles is a must
  • Familiarity with Internet sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Slack, Github, etc.) and digital networking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to organize
  • Strong attention to detail and well-organized
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • BSc in IT or relevant degree
