We have partnered with a leading international automotive supplier and we are looking for an experienced SAP Business Process Expert for Sales and Distribution to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Take over a role as SAP In-house Senior Consultant in the area of Supply Chain Management for Sales and Distribution (SDL) in our plants
- Further develop process standards, design and implement new sales and distribution processes with a focus on process optimization and/or legal requirement
- Support our global Role Expert / Key User Community
- Support international rollout of standardized SDL processes
- Secure a sustainable implementation and compliance of the process standards
- Create training material and documentation, train and coach user departments on how to apply standard processes
- Intensive communication with IT, other process areas, and user departments. Collaboration and change management in an international environment
Requirements:
- Relevant university degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Business Informatics, preferably focusing on logistics
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in consulting or industry
- Very good SAP knowledge in distribution logistics and sales (SD, LE, and optional WM), knowledge of EDI integration between SAP systems and of external customer systems
- Supply Chain Management knowledge
- Project Management and mentoring skills and experience in moderation techniques
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in the international and intercultural environment; willingness to travel (20%)
- Strong communication skills. High initiative and ability to work independently, logical thinking, authority and persuasive power
- Fluent in English
