Pledge income growth represents a strategic focus of the office. Telemarketing services are required to support the pledge and cash acquisition of individual and business sector donors, as well as the cultivation and upgrade of the existing donors. Duration of the assignment: January – December 2023 (full-time, with a possibility for extension) Work Assignment Overview: Individual contractors will be required to provide telemarketing services for the recruitment of pledge and one-off individual and business sector donors with the following initiatives: Recruitment of new pledge business and individual donors Recruitment of new one-off business donors during specific fundraising campaigns Cultivation/stewardship/upgrade of business and individual donors (cash and pledge) Conversion from business and individual cash donors to regular monthly donors Reactivation of lapsed pledge business and individual donors Maintaining of the database of individual and business donors Regular reporting and maintenance of the donor report Tasks: Represent UNICEF, its vision and mission in a professional manner. Provide telemarketing services, based on the script provided by UNICEF, to: recruit one-off corporate donors, recruit pledge corporate donors, for reactivation of lapsed monthly donors, as well as conversion of cash donors to regular pledge donors, to implement the stewardship programme. When the telemarketing contractor is engaged to work on the stewardship program, the aim is to maintain regular communication with donors and to do the upgrade. Maintain a database of recruited one-off and pledge donors, and donor report, and update it regularly. Submit weekly and monthly reports Knowledge/Expertise/Skills required: At least secondary school degree. Minimum 1 year of experience in call centre/telemarketing activities. Understanding of UNICEF brand and general knowledge of UNICEF activities. Excellent presentation and sales skills. Eagerness to learn. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. Excellent communication skills. Proven ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and provide deliverables. Fluency in Serbian language. Basic PC literacy in MS Office (Excel, Word).
