Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviews, and feedback for all levels of candidates
Search for candidates through all relevant channels
Support the company’s employer branding strategy
Create a great candidate experience
Assess candidates to ensure qualification match and cultural fit
Conducting onboarding process
Participation in other HR activities and projects
Requirements:
University degree (preferable Social sciences)
Familiarity with the IT market is desirable
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent knowledge of English
Proactive, energetic and results-oriented
