The role in a nutshell:
Incorporate fundamental programmatic capabilities of the Lightning Platform to develop custom business logic and interfaces to extend Salesforce standard functionality. Design, implement, test, and deploy solutions that are maintainable, reusable, and follow design patterns and object-oriented programming best practices.
Main tasks of the role:
- Translate business requirements into technical implementations
- Design and build custom implementations with best practices
- Ensure quality of the application by implementing thorough unit tests
- Troubleshooting and fixing issues
- Communicate with the Project Manager and Client to ensure efficient workflow
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with Apex
- Experience with JavaScript
- Experience with Lightning Components (LWC & Aura)
- Experience with Visualforce
- Understanding of Salesforce Security Model
- Knowledge of Salesforce Declarative Tools
- Good communications skills
- Good problem-solving and analytic skills
- Good knowledge of REST and SOAP
- Good design-pattern knowledge
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
Nice to have:
- Salesforce Certification
- Package Development
- Experience with SFDX
- Experience building Salesforce integrations
- Experience in Salesforce solution design processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, and dashboards) according to application requirements
