We are seeking a highly-motivated individual to join our team in centrally located Belgrade office. We are looking for dedicated Systems Administrator for supporting multiple web applications based on Java. The applicant must have strong attention to details and motivation to continually improve his/her knowledge and skills.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain Linux/Unix and Windows servers
- Install and maintain virtualization platforms (VMware, XEN)
- Configure and upgrade network hardware, switches and firewalls (Cisco, HP)
- Supporting development staff on daily bases
- Perform routine system administration tasks, i.e. install backups, monitor and maintain infrastructure…
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware and software related issues
- Network troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
- 3+ years' experience as System Administrator
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix & Windows systems
- Knowledge of maintaining web services
- Knowledge of maintaining Java services
- Knowledge of database servers administration
- Knowledge of Virtualization technologies
- Comfortable commuting to job’s location (Currently it is a hybrid model: 3 days in the office per week)
