Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, product-focused Senior React Native Software Engineer to join our team and build our next-generation mobile platform on iOS and Android. You will be part of an amazing team with plenty of engineering challenges to keep you on your feet and offer an opportunity to build something truly great.
Responsibilities
- Develop new components and features for our mobile app(s)
- Write, audit, and improve our test coverage
- Document and refactor our mobile codebase
- Profile and improve performance of app
- Ensure interfaces function quickly and beautifully across devices
- Continuously improve how we design, build, and ship software
Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 5+ years of software engineering experience working with React Native or a combination of React Native and Reactjs
- In-depth understanding of Javascript, the JSX, and related concepts
- Hands-on experience with Reactjs, angular, or javascript frameworks required
- Proficiency with browser-based debugging and performance testing
- Experience working with Expo framework desirable, but not mandatory
- Understanding of progressive web apps
- Experience using Git
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
