What You Will Be Doing
- Manually test new and existing functionality on our systems
- Have an understanding on how our system is used and what the common use-cases are
- Do tests on multiple browsers, emulators and devices
- Clearly communicate detected issues with developers and other team members
- Write detailed issue reports that include comments, screenshots and / or video recordings when necessary
- Be involved in project planning, releases and development meetings
- Provide leadership and/or guidance to other technical professionals
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
- Thorough understanding and 2+ years of experience in automated test development and design
- Understanding of relational database design and SQL
- Understanding of API concepts and object-oriented programming
- Good oral and written English communication skills
- Experience using project or issue tracking software such as Jira
- Attention to details, professionalism, reliability
What You Will Focus On
- Execute test cases under varying circumstances
- Document and evaluate test results
- Detect, log, and report program bugs and glitches
- Track defects and helps troubleshoot errors
- Review test procedures and develops test scripts
