Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conceptual design and development of modern web interfaces using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Continuous optimization of existing web interfaces with regard to usability, user experience and performance
- Regular alignment and close cooperation with UI, UX and Back-end designers
- Assessment and selection of new technologies for front end development
- Implement tests to guarantee highest possible quality, ensuring security best-practices are also applied
- Support the requirement engineering process
- Collaborate within an agile driven team to meet customers’ changing business & application needs
The ideal candidate should have the following profile:
- Multi-year experience in Frontend Development and UI/UX design in a work/project related environment
- Very good knowledge in HTML5, CSS3 & JavaScript
- Experience with Modern Web framework (ideally React, Node.js)
- Extensive experience in REST APIs
- Know-how in software testing
- Understanding of Continuous Integration/Delivery concepts and frameworks (ideally Jenkins)
- Very good English language skills and an open, communicative personality
