Our client is MOL Serbia, an integrated, international oil and gas company, headquartered in Budapest, Hungary. Due to expansion of their team in Belgrade, Adecco is looking for motivated and proactive candidates to join their team on position of: IT Administrator

Brief Job Description:

IT Support Administrator is responsible for support activities in regard of all ICT (Information and Communication Technology) related matters to CFO in line with Group IT strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • First-Level-Support for company users
  • Installing and configuring new hardware/software
  • Mobile devise management on company level (iPads, mobile and fix phone management incl.
  • telephone asset management, SIM management etc.)
  • Preparation and maintenance of operational manuals for end users
  • Participation in SeS fixed asset inventory counts as owner of the related software
  • Permanently increasing awareness about security knowledge within employees

Basic requirements:

  • Outstanding end user knowledge of MS Windows 10
  • Knowledge of MS Office, preferably O365
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, MS SCCM
  • Strong security awareness in IT
  • Very good written and spoken technical English language
  • Capable to work independently and complete the assigned tasks
  • Capable to work under pressure and possess multitasking skills
  • Person with initiative and problem-solving attitude

Nice to have:

  • Finished IT related education, engineering or related area
  • Any IT related certificate is an advantage
  • Driving license for passenger cars
