Together with Verity, we are looking for a Senior QA Engineer.
This person will integrate the user-dashboard squad, that focuses on crafting the user experiences tailored for inventory managers, drone operators, and deployment teams.
You will:
- Facilitate testing environment by setting up infrastructure
- Document and maintain test cases
- Write and maintain test plans
- Automate test cases and plans
- Continuously improve the testing process (web application, dashboard, processes)
You have:
- Degree (MSc, BSc) in computer science, software engineering, or relevant field
- At least 4 years of professional hands-on experience in product QA environments, with a focus on testing web-based or SaaS applications
- In-depth knowledge of QA concepts, test frameworks, and automation tools (e.g.
- Selenium, Cypress)
- Excellent understanding of processes and methods that meet high-quality standards
- Proven experience in designing and developing testing strategies for upcoming features and translate into manual or automated (scripted) test plans
- Proven experience in defining test cases, tracking defects, and composing quality reports throughout the project lifecycle.
- Great intuition for identifying and managing risks and prioritizing tests accordingly
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Nice to have:
- Experience delivering in agile environments
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD frameworks (e.g. GitLab pipeline, Gerrit, Jenkins, etc)
- Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks in a CI/CD environment
- Experience with frameworks similar to X-Ray
- Experience with Python and/or JavaScript/React
