We are looking for a new team member to support our company in Nis: Software Researcher, Recruitment Technology Associate
Your Responsibilities:
- Screening the global market for technology tools that will support our recruitment operations: CRM, sourcing tools, communication tools, scheduling tools, VoIP, etc.
- Organizing and monitoring successful implementation of approved tools
- Being responsible for the best and up-to-date functionality of selected tools
- Administrating users and managing the licenses and contracts
- Training team members on functionality and new features
- Tracking tools and processes performance
- Discovering possibilities for further development and recommending changes
We are looking for an enthusiastic professional with the following profile:
- Fluent in English is required
- Minimum bachelor's degree
- High identification with IT, technology, and digital processes
- Dedication for automatization and constant process improvement
- Problem-solving, result-driven, and delivery-oriented mindset
- Work experience in IT administration is a plus
- B2B or B2C Tech/SaaS industry experience is a plus
- Good knowledge of Recruitment software (ATS) is a plus
