Position mission

This role is to add to Everseen’s international recruiting strength, primarily in Tech/IT sector, but also in other areas such as Sales, Marketing, Project Management, Administration. nFlexibility to source candidates internationally, drive to score, as well as excellent English is a must.

Main responsibilities

  • Taking responsibility in sourcing and recruiting candidates in Serbia and internationally
  • Effectiveness in understanding and communicating new roles and developing Job Descriptions
  • Efficiency in direct search for candidates though multiple channels
  • Efficiency in coordination, booking interviews and leading the recruitment process
  • Organizing employee on-boarding and managing employee experience
  • Support HR Manager and HR team, contribute to developing of internal HR processes

Successful candidature requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience at a similar HR position in IT or other high-tech/blue chip company
  • Bachelor’s (or higher) degree
  • Experience in Tech Recruiting
  • Experience in International Recruiting
  • Experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Regular working hours with flexibility to engage candidates at a critical moment
  • Hard working individual motivated to work in a fast paced, results driven environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize; must have strong organization, time management and follow-up sills, a sense of urgency
  • Demonstrates high levels of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to work with all seniority levels
  • Experience with Recruitment and HR related software is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent English
