Position mission
This role is to add to Everseen’s international recruiting strength, primarily in Tech/IT sector, but also in other areas such as Sales, Marketing, Project Management, Administration. nFlexibility to source candidates internationally, drive to score, as well as excellent English is a must.
Main responsibilities
- Taking responsibility in sourcing and recruiting candidates in Serbia and internationally
- Effectiveness in understanding and communicating new roles and developing Job Descriptions
- Efficiency in direct search for candidates though multiple channels
- Efficiency in coordination, booking interviews and leading the recruitment process
- Organizing employee on-boarding and managing employee experience
- Support HR Manager and HR team, contribute to developing of internal HR processes
Successful candidature requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience at a similar HR position in IT or other high-tech/blue chip company
- Bachelor’s (or higher) degree
- Experience in Tech Recruiting
- Experience in International Recruiting
- Experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Regular working hours with flexibility to engage candidates at a critical moment
- Hard working individual motivated to work in a fast paced, results driven environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize; must have strong organization, time management and follow-up sills, a sense of urgency
- Demonstrates high levels of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to work with all seniority levels
- Experience with Recruitment and HR related software is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent English
