Product Manager

We are looking for highly organized and passionate Product manager to join our Beyond team to work with software development teams and to create our own product and feature. As a Product Manager, you will be in position to support the product development and assist teams of developers, testers and designers in creating the best user stories. You are the perfect fit for us if you have:
- 2-5 years of experience with Product Manager or Product Owner role in IT industry.
- Familiarity with tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience communicating and working with development teams using Agile processes or other agile methodologies
- Strategic and creative thinker
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle
Will be considered as a plus:
- Hands-on development experience
- Experience building complex web applications using Java/Spring Boot and Angular technology stack
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
What are your responsibilities?
- Defining the product vision, product roadmap, and product positioning
- Creating product requirements for the engineering and support teams to bring new products to market or to enhance existing features
- Working closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
- Writing, splitting user stories, leading refinement sessions with the team, and elaborating of user stories.
- Prioritizing of work in the Sprint in accordance with the roadmap.
- Intensive daily cooperation with product managers and other people working on the same product line.
- Analyzing market and competition data to create products to match and surpass current industry standard
- Leading product vision and strategy across key areas/product themes
- Taking part in preparing product release plans and setting an expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
- Researching and analyzing market and users of the product
