MENU is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide support for IT services including installation, consultation, troubleshooting, user assistance and new applications rollouts.
IT Support Specialist is an employee-oriented service representative that acts as a competent first point of contact and resolves any emerging technical problem that our employees might face.
The main responsibility of IT Support Specialist is providing excellent, competent support with complaints, errors, questions, implementations and other queries for our employees.
In this role, IT Support Specialist is expected to be a strong multi-tasker who can handle multiple projects at a time, whilst prioritizing tasks effectively, and thrive in a dynamic and complex environment.
