NET CHECK, dedicated to providing high-quality engineering services to the Telecommunications industry for more than 20 years, continuously expands its global presence. For our team Platform Services, we are currently seeking for Senior Solution Architect to complement our team in Belgrade
As Senior Solution Architect, you will:
Be responsible of architecting and building the NET CHECK Platform as well as well as infrastructure and DevOps tool chains for our internal or customer projects.
The NET CHECK Platform has just started and will be the basement for our future development efforts. It consists of fully managed, cloud-only, state-of-the-art technologies like Amazon Web Services and GitHub to compose a consistent and coherent environment.
You will work internally as part of the organization’s Platform Services team and take an integral role in architecting and developing new systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Architecting and developing current and future parts of the platform
- Support the development teams by architecting, building, and operating infrastructure related services
- Monitoring of the platform services
- Cost optimization
- Support and onboarding in regards of the platform
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, or information technology
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps methodologies
- 3+ years of experience in software development
- Experience in Agile methodologies like SCRUM, Kanban
- Experience with Linux systems (Debian or Red Hat derivates preferred)
- Experience with public cloud infrastructure like AWS (preferred), Azure, GCP
- Experience with open-source databases (SQL/NoSQL) like PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, Cassandra
- Experience with more than one programming language like Go, Python, TypeScript
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code technologies like Terraform, CDK, Pulumi
- Experience with container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD systems like GitHub Actions, Gitlab CI, CircleCI, Travis CI
- Experience with code management platforms like GitHub, Gitlab
- A good understanding of modern architectures and best practices like Serverless, Autoscaling, High Availability
- Follow good design principles like AWS Well Architected Framework
- The passion to adapt the best technologies, patterns, and tools on the market
- Fluent English in spoken and writing, an additional language is an advantage (German)
