Service & System Administrator
Your tasks as Service & System Administrator:
- Setup, creation and administration of security and distribution groups with the corporate tools
- Remote maintenance and support of the video conferencing system, as well as the users
- Administration of Windows server and various server applications
- Support of the development departments regarding IT issues
- Remote analysis and bug fixing of the IT systems in the development area (test benches, network, application equipment)
- Cooperation with internal and external IT experts regarding technical issues and developments
- Application of the incident, problem and change management system (ITIL)
- Coordination of the external service provider
- Procurement of software and hardware for the departments
Your profile as Service & System Administrator:
- Bachelor or Master in IT or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in server administration (SQL, myQSL, W2016, terminal server, web technologies) and security
- In-depth knowledge in test bench technology, network and understanding of measurement technology processes
- Good knowledge of SAP in the area of ordering and role system
- Fluent English knowledge, German knowledge would be desirable
- Strong communication skills; confident appearance in communication with all internal organizational levels and external partners
