We would like you to have:
- More than 4 years of experience in React with several projects in production
- Experience in Next.js or Node.js/Express, having multiple projects in production that are still maintained
- Solid knowledge of TypeScript and ES6+
- Experience with SQL databases
- Understanding of AWS (Some of the services that we currently use are Lambdas, S3, Dynamo DB, SQS, CodeDeploy, CloudFront, IAM, CloudWatch) or any other cloud platform
- Strong knowledge of standard web technologies like HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JSON
- Strong Git knowledge (you know your way around rebase, merge, fork, etc.)
- Commonly written tests for new features
- Involvement in deployments to production
- Previous exposure to Docker as it would be helpful
- Desire to share your vision and set clear goals while coaching and mentoring development team, delegating tasks and setting deadlines, overseeing day-to-day operation and encouraging creativity and risk-taking attitude within a team
- Ability to openly communicate and motivate team members, encourage teamwork by showing compassion, honesty and integrity, listen to team members’ feedback and helping in resolve challenges if it’s needed
- It is not mandatory, but it would be good if you have skills in verbal and written proficiency in English; knowledge of German is a plus

Our current projects consist of services and e-commerce solutions for international markets (Switzerland and the US), while also providing a consultancy arm which works to strengthen our clients' brands and businesses.
In addition to this we build our own products and are looking for assistance in their expansion and growth.
Under our mentorship and guidance, you will be assigned to one of these projects with the aim of developing strong, clean and creative solutions.
