Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within Cyber Security, CISSP/ CompTIA or equivalent qualifications would be considered an advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including 3+ years combined experience in cyber security technical writing and proposal writing.
- Experience supporting complex sales-cycles using solution selling techniques
- Strong understanding of NIS Directive (EU2016/1148) and ISO27001, IEC62443 Cyber frameworks.
- Understanding of the OT Environments, European market, customer requirements, and competitive landscape. Understanding of Industrial DCS would be considered an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate interdentally and manage your own workload.
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in Europe without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
- Use to an international environment, where the business language is English, languages would be considered an advantage.
- Travel within the region to visit sites as required.
Your responsibilities
- Develop project specific cyber solutions which fit to assets, plants and fleets of our customers
- Analysis local regulatory requirements for OT Cyber Security.
- Execute Gap & Regulatory Assessments and deliver OT Cyber Security trainings.
- Develop collateral for enterprise sales campaigns targeted at enterprise accounts within Europe & Africa regions.
- Develop collateral for base level sales campaigns targeted at aftermarket accounts within Europe & Africa regions.
- Articulate value propositions for key decision makers, stakeholders, and influencers in proposals and project handover throughout complex sales cycles.
- Support short / long term customer objectives through business development and business architecting activities within Siemens Energy.
- Support cross-functional teams and establish the appropriate internal / external resources to support opportunities to close.
- Support activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a quarterly basis.
