This is a work from home and remote position in Serbia, but opportunities to work abroad in the US are also available.
The HR Expert in IT Role is a position for an experience HR Representative who has experience as both a Recruiter and in Business Administration. Ideally with a focus in the IT industry.
The ideal candidate should have experience as it pertains to Recruiting and Staffing in IT which should include:
- HR Recruiting in the IT Industry and understanding of different types of Job roles, positions, and technologies
- Experience using Linked In for head hunting purposes for IT candidates
- Experience interviewing candidates in the IT industry for both technical and soft skills
- Experience and understanding of common Job Boards like INFOSTUD, HR LAB, HelloWorld, Alt Tab, as well as best practices of utilizing those job boards and platforms
- Experience with cold calling of Candidates and overall Salesmanship for open positions
The ideal candidate would also have experience with Business Administration in Serbia, which would include:
- Business Administration best practices for DOO
- Basic understanding of Accounting and Legal/Regulatory practices and laws
- Preparation and Execution of Payroll
- Updating of Contracts and Company Documentation
- Tracking and managing internal company HR data including time off, hours billable, expenses, etc.
- Be knowledgeable in group behavior dynamics and has Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.
- Project management experience is not required, but beneficial.
- Excellent Verbal and written English Communication Skills.
