Do you consider yourself as a self-motivated OSS Operations&Support Engineer willing to join our Managed Services Division and work on our client’s CRM application? Are you challenge about working with a team of experts in fast paced and rapidly changing work environment?

If you possess:

  • Advanced knowledge of Telco OSS platform architecture, components and concepts
  • Linux knowledge
  • Experience in using tools and utilities like SQL developer, Putty, Eclipse
  • Knowledge about Oracle database for administration
  • JEE knowledge: basic concepts and administration knowledge, Oracle Weblogic and Jboss administration knowledge, JMS concepts and administration
  • Knowlege in DevOps processes and tools: bamboo, ELK, Docker, Jenkins and Git.

Day to day challenges:

  • Maintenance of OSS system software including Linux & APP
  • Provide application-level support for the OSS and surrounding Provisioning applications, proprietary or from third party vendors
  • OSS system trouble shooting and E2E management
  • 2nd and 3rd level technical support for OSS operation technical problems
  • Monitor and analyze core OSS/ platform
  • Support the internal development teams for release preparation, test and development machine allocation and maintenance
