As VP of Product Management you will own the end-to-end responsibility for tyntec’s product portfolio. You will lead the team, tasked to build well-defined and integrated product roadmaps by working across multiple stakeholders including customers, partners, and development teams. You will define the strategy for how our customers leverage and integrate tyntec products for use cases both inside and outside of the tyntec platform. You’ll communicate the use-cases, features, capabilities and benefits, and be the face tasked to articulate the technical advantages we deliver to our customers. Alongside our Sales team, you’ll actively contribute to customer strategy and customer adoption/success through alignment of customer goals using validated best practices.

Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

  • End-to-end responsibility for tyntec’s products, current and future
  • Full ownership of external and internal roadmaps
  • Guiding engineers and product management team to develop and improve valuable services
  • Being the internal market expert for the industry category, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Supporting Sales and Marketing to sell and promote our products
  • Defining pricing strategies globally
  • Collecting inputs from customers, sales, customer success teams and internal domain experts to design and prototype, collaborate with engineering to develop, test and deliver a marketable product on time
  • Leading the collaboration and alignment between engineering teams and stakeholders
  • Conducting in-person and web-based meetings as necessary to support pre-sales activities (e.g. discovery, requirements analysis, presentations/demonstrations) with customers and prospects
  • Researching market trends, technologies, and methodologies as they emerge that may be applicable

The ideal candidate should have the following profile:

  • Multiple years of leadership experience working as a product director, VP or similar for SaaS or PaaS products
  • Understanding and experience with B2B2C business models
  • Customer-centric mind-set and best practices
  • Ability to lead and work autonomously
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent skills in communication and writing in English with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas
