We are currently looking for a Games Operations Specialist (m/f/d), to handle the day-to-day operations of our online games portfolio and be responsible for deploying and configuring our games on various platforms. In this position, you will collaborate very closely with the whole games department and also get a detailed overview of our games portfolio.
YOUR TASKS
- Deploy and configure games on various platforms (web, app, land-based)
- Testing games for basic functionality
- Troubleshooting using log files
- Standby duty for 1 week per month, 24 hours of phone standby (from home) and, if necessary, troubleshoot games during ongoing live operations (the standby duty will become part of your role, after an onboarding period of at least 3 months)
YOUR PROFILE
- Knowledge of a programming language (preferably Java), SQL knowledge is an advantage
- Enthusiasm for IT and a solid technical understanding
- Very good Windows skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of other operating systems is an advantage
- Basic network skills
- A structured and independent approach to work
- Excellent English language skills both written and spoken
- German is an advantage but not a requirement
