Digitec is Switzerland's online market leader in the fields of IT, consumer electronics and telecommunication, while Galaxus is the largest online department store in Switzerland. Galaxus is expanding towards different European countries: Galaxus.de and Galaxus.at are already running and new countries will follow. Digitec Galaxus d.o.o as its daughter company aims to support this growth in Belgrade, that’s why we’re searching for Dutch speaking support in conquering new markets.
Do you enjoy providing support to the employees in our departments and solving technical inquiries efficiently and pragmatically? Then this could be the job for you!
- You are the first point of contact for all hardware/software issues for our Belgrade and Novi Sad office offices
- You offer 1st and 2nd level support to our employees
- You coordinate repairs and take care of equipment guarantees
- You provide assistance with questions, change requests and user error messages, and you also work out solutions to problems
- You will also be responsible for setting up new workstations, managing and issuing reserve material as well as managing the printing solutions
- With your knowledge in server administration, you will help in the support of Microsoft Active Directory
- You feel at home in client administration and the maintenance and troubleshooting of Windows OS
- You enjoy simple work on the network and are proficient in automating internal processes
- A solid knowledge of the IT field
- In order to successfully manage the day-to-day business, you have a good technical understanding and experience with the technologies listed above
- You have a strong customer orientation and good analytical skills
- You enjoy challenges and have a lot of drive
