We have partnered with one of the leading banks in our market, and we are searching for Project Manager to join their team in Novi Sad.
Duties and responsibilities
Project management
- Define project scope, plan and budget that support business initiatives
- Project risks analysis, process impact analysis
- Business analysis, requirements definitions, functional specifications preparation
- Coordinate team members, resource allocation and external service providers deliveries, identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
- Manage project development from beginning to end with project plans, including communication, change management, issue management and testing
- Report to project sponsor and stakeholders, Steering committee organization
- Ensure project management documentation is kept up to date and stakeholders are informed of progress
- Build, develop, and grow business relationships
Change request management
- Manage portfolio of requirements for business applications
- Business analysis, impact analysis, support to end users, priority proposals
Requirements
- Organized, positive and proactive, able to get things done
- Professional experience in project management of software product development
- Proven experience with business and requirements analysis
- Ability to formulate action plans, implement solutions, and achieve results
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of English language written and verbal
Desirable
- Technical background or experience working with finance is a plus
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- SQL
