About the team

About the team: PT-POWER and IPOS cover all standard processes for plants and distribution center within the worldwide ERP landscape of Robert Bosch Power Tools. The processes are mapped in a SAP ERP solution, which is already implemented in Europe and Asia and will be rolled out worldwide. To strengthen our process teams we are looking for you as SAP In-house Consultant to take over the role as Process Expert in the area of Procurement & Warehouse Logistics.

Job Description:

► You will work on the Implementation, improvement and worldwide rollout projects in the area of procurement & warehouse logistics in cooperation with our process owners, our IT-service provider and the local user department experts

► You will support to implement and roll-out scanner enabling goods receipt processes based on GTL / GS1 label scanning in warehouses

► You will support supplier EDI roll-out and further enhancement of plant-to-plant and plant-to-distribution center integrations via EDI (order, forecast, shipping notification)

► You will create customer specifications in collaboration with user department and process owners

► You will train and coach user department & external partners on how to apply standard processes in consideration of local business requirements in order to optimize the business benefit

► You will perform and support test activities e.g. integration and regression tests incl. preparation of standard test cases

► You will support authorization role (re-)design by analysis existing role content and functional role assignment, test of changed roles and communication to the relevant users.

► You will be responsible for creation and update of standard process documentation


► You have relevant university degree (Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics) with focus on logistics

► You have experience with SAP (MM, LE and preferable WM)

► EDI / IDOC experience preferable

► Preferable experience in design and the optimization of logistics and business processes

► Sub-project management experience preferable

► Initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness and consistent target tracking

► Ability to think analytically

► Willingness to work in a intercultural, global & virtual team

► Good communication skills

► English (fluent in spoken and written), German preferable

► MS Office skills mandatory

► Willingness to work in projects with extensive travel activity (up to 60 %)
