Your tasks:
Disciplinary and technical leadership for software test team
Strategic and operational workforce planning to ensure future growth in software testing including HC plannings, global location footprint and competence growths
Cross-assignments and resource planning
Budget responsible for the software test
Test Investment planning
Ensure project targets in timing, costs, and product quality
Escalation level for all software testing topics
Close cooperation and steady alignment with the parallel SW-test team in Germany
