We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Belgrade. As an IT Support, you will be responsible for successful Installation, configuration and maintenance of the IT infrastructure systems.
Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring computer hardware and software
- Perform server administration tasks, including user administration, security permissions and group policies.
- Manage user accounts and assets, assign and update security permissions according to our security policy
- Repair or replace faulty components of a computer/network system as necessary
- Providing technical support across the company
- Assist with onboarding of new users
- Keep an inventory of all equipment, software, and licenses
- Testing and evaluating new technologies
- Create and maintain technical documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as an IT support or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Windows / MacOS X environments
- Experience with Windows Server Infrastructure: AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS…
- General knowledge of Virtualization technologies
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with VMware Workspace ONE UEM
- Experience with OS deployment and imaging software solutions
- Experience with Jira ticketing system
- Cisco or Microsoft certification
